Automotive Service Business Development Agent - Call Center
Ciocca Automotive is seeking a motivated call center professional to join their team. The role involves answering customer calls, responding to inquiries, and following up with leads to enhance customer engagement and service appointments.

Responsibilities
Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales/service appointments
Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates
Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
Qualification
Required
At least one previous customer service-related role
Strong computer and phone skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Preferred
Bilingual a plus!
