Responsibilities
Process incoming orders through Kirkwood’s MIS and workflow systems, ensuring all job details are accurate and production-ready
Review client files, specifications, and instructions for completeness and readiness
Serve as the voice of the customer and the sales team to production, fulfillment, and logistics teams
Monitor job status to ensure on-time delivery and proactively resolve issues
Coordinate across print, mail, fulfillment, and merchandise teams to keep projects moving
Respond to customer inquiries, changes, or concerns professionally and promptly
Prepare invoices and supporting documentation for sales and finance review

Preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with production, print, fulfillment, or manufacturing workflows preferred
Familiarity with MIS systems (such as LIFT) is a plus
Knowledge of Adobe PDF standards and basic prepress concepts is helpful but not required
