Responsibilities

Develop and implement technology strategies aligned with the Finishes Solutions business goals
Identify opportunities for process automation and digital transformation
Maintain and optimize ERP style systems, production software, and related applications
Ensure network reliability, cybersecurity compliance, and data integrity
Lead IT projects from conception to deployment, including upgrades and integrations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions on time and within budget
Provide technical support and training to staff across the Finishes companies
Develop documentation and best practices for system usage
Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers
Prepare and monitor IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology preferred, Computer Science, or related field
5+ years of IT management experience, preferably in property development, manufacturing or construction
Strong knowledge of AI utilization, ERP style systems, networking, and cybersecurity best practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience with Finishes Solutions Industry software and production technologies
Familiarity with cloud solutions and AI leading programing

Preferred

Project management certification (PMP or similar) is a plus
