PMO / Program Office Integration Lead - Atlanta, GA (Onsite – candidate must work from Atlanta, GA)
GeorgiaTEK Systems Inc. is seeking a PMO / Program Office Integration Lead to drive large-scale, cross-functional integration initiatives across Technology, Product, and Business Operations. The role involves leading enterprise-wide integration programs and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities while managing diverse stakeholders and integration efforts.
Responsibilities
Lead enterprise-wide integration programs across Technology, Product, and Business functions, ensuring alignment with CCI’s strategic priorities
Operate within a centralized Program Management Office (PMO) to govern integration initiatives, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and financials
Drive end-to-end integration planning and execution, including:
Operating model alignment
Technology integration
Product roadmap coordination
Business process harmonization
Serve as the primary integration coordination point between CCI and Charter teams, ensuring clear governance, communication, and execution discipline
Partner closely with senior leaders across Engineering, IT, Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Strategy to deliver integrated outcomes
Define, track, and report KPIs, milestones, and success metrics to ensure transparency and accountability
Identify and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating with clear recommendations when required
Lead executive-level reporting, steering committee updates, and decision-making forums
Enable effective change management, communication planning, and stakeholder alignment throughout the integration lifecycle
Standardize integration frameworks, playbooks, and best practices to support repeatable success across future initiatives
Qualification
Required
Telecommunications domain experience is an ideal fit for this role, particularly within broadband, cable, or media environments
Strong enterprise program leadership
Deep experience managing multi-workstream integrations
Ability to align diverse stakeholders toward shared business outcomes
Lead enterprise-wide integration programs across Technology, Product, and Business functions, ensuring alignment with CCI's strategic priorities
Operate within a centralized Program Management Office (PMO) to govern integration initiatives, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and financials

Serve as the primary integration coordination point between CCI and Charter teams, ensuring clear governance, communication, and execution discipline

Preferred
Strong experience in the telecommunications domain (ideal fit), including broadband, cable, or media ecosystems
Proven background in post-merger integration (PMI) or large-scale strategic platform integrations
Experience operating in matrixed, multi-company environments
PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent project/program management certifications preferred
