Responsibilities
Assist with maintaining organized project contract files
Learn to understand AIA G702 and G703
Assist with subcontractor invoices and payments per contract terms and enter in the system
Interact with clients and vendors in a professional, courteous manner
Lean to understand Timberline BL, PJ, JC, AP modules
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Assist in review of sub-contractors’ statements
Support full backup billing of CM Jobs
Qualification
Required
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and stay flexible, while meeting deadlines and goals
0-2 years of experience in a similar position
Excellent computer literacy including experience with Microsoft Office product applications (ex. Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
Preferred
4 Year College Accounting, Finance, or Business Degree preferred but not required
Proficiency in business software application Timberline preferred but not required
