BuzzClan is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Directory Data & Content Analyst to support a large-scale initiative to audit, update, and maintain third-party directory listings for their global network of FBO locations. This role combines hands-on data entry with critical thinking to ensure accuracy and identify opportunities for improvement while collaborating with Marketing, Digital, and CRM teams.

Responsibilities

Audit existing listings across multiple external directories such as AirNav, ForeFlight, AC-U-Kwik, GlobalAir, Google Business Profiles, and more
Compare directory data against internal master records to identify discrepancies and ensure consistency
Perform accurate data entry and updates across platforms using approved content
Validate live updates and maintain documentation in project tracking tools such as Monday.com
Flag anomalies, missing fields, or inconsistencies and escalate for resolution
Provide insights on gaps, trends, and opportunities to improve directory visibility and user experience
Assist in creating and refining templates for directory updates, including field requirements and examples
Support development of a recurring maintenance model and governance process
Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to accelerate audit and update cycles

Required

CRM and Data Entry
Aviation or Airline Industry
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and content validation
Ability to think critically and identify patterns, inconsistencies, or potential improvements
Comfortable working with large datasets and multiple systems
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Strong communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating across teams

Preferred

Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com
Experience in marketing operations, CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), or data management
