The ideal candidate will develop, program, and maintain PLC control systems for industrial automation projects, ensuring systems meet safety, quality, and industry standards.

Responsibilities

Develop, program, and maintain PLC control systems for industrial automation projects
Work with Siemens PLCs using TIA Portal
Design, configure, and support SCADA and HMI systems
Perform troubleshooting and debugging of PLC, SCADA, and control systems
Support system testing, commissioning, and start-up activities
Read and interpret electrical schematics, control drawings, and P&IDs
Integrate PLCs with field devices such as sensors, actuators, VFDs, and drives
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and operations teams
Ensure systems meet safety, quality, and industry standards
Prepare technical documentation and provide on-site support

Required

Hands-on experience with PLC programming and control systems
Strong knowledge of Siemens PLCs and TIA Portal
Experience with SCADA systems and HMI development
Solid understanding of industrial automation and control architecture
Proven troubleshooting and commissioning capabilities
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

Preferred

Exposure to other PLC platforms (Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc.)
Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Profinet, Profibus, Modbus, Ethernet/IP)
Background in manufacturing or industrial automation environments
