Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Technical Recruiting, and Recruiting for technical roles
Experience in Hiring strategies and processes
Strong Communication skills with the ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment
Proven problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to evolving hiring needs
Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
