Communications Specialist
LHH is seeking a creative and strategic Communications Specialist to elevate their brand voice and strengthen internal communications. In this role, you will develop thought leadership content and partner with HR to deliver effective employee communications.

Responsibilities
Develop and support thought leadership content including articles, blogs, executive messages, and presentations
Create high-quality, on-brand content for internal and external audiences
Partner with HR to deliver effective employee communications around culture, engagement, programs, and organizational updates
Translate complex information into compelling, easy-to-understand stories
Maintain a consistent voice across channels and communication touchpoints
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years experience in communications, content development, internal comms, or related fields
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Experience collaborating with HR and senior leaders
Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
Strong communication instincts and creative problem-solving
Preferred
A natural storyteller who can bring ideas to life
Someone who thrives in cross-functional partnerships
Passionate about clear communication and employee experience
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
