Performance Marketer (D2C Growth Operator)
Bully Max is seeking a hands-on Performance Marketer to drive net new customers, subscribers, and incremental revenue through paid acquisition. The role involves executing and scaling performance initiatives, managing paid media budgets, and optimizing campaigns across various platforms.

Responsibilities
Personally execute and scale Google Search and Google Shopping campaigns
Run Meta and TikTok performance campaigns tied directly to revenue
Manage and allocate paid media budgets with strict ROAS accountability
Set up and maintain proper tracking across platforms
Capture high-intent demand and convert it into first-time customers
Test aggressively, kill losers fast, and scale winners
Make decisions using revenue, subscriber growth, and real data
Build systems and processes yourself without hand-holding
Weekly scorecard check-ins
Clear weekly metrics tied to revenue and subscribers

Qualification
Required
Proven hands-on experience growing a D2C business through paid acquisition
Direct experience personally running Google Ads, Meta, and similar platforms
Strong understanding of tracking and attribution
Ability to manage multiple channels simultaneously
High ownership mindset with zero reliance on others to execute
Bias toward action over theory
Comfort building from zero without infrastructure handed to you
Preferred
Experience with Shopify is helpful, but not the job
