Responsibilities

Contributes to the ongoing assessment, feedback, coaching, and development for team members
Contributes to maintaining the department resources and activities within budget
Makes recommendations of KPIs for monitoring and identifying optimization opportunities
Develops collaborative partnerships within IT across ARH and especially in their region
Coordinates activities for all aspects of EHR technology training for new and current employees and providers in their region
Ensures Seed education is maintained and up to date
Updates, standardized and maintains all required training materials
Assures team members are trained on peripheral devices and equipment required to do their job effectively
Assures all updates are communicated to super users, end users & providers
Assures IT EDU solutions team works with departments and individual team members to proactively improve efficiency & increase functionality within the system
Works with the LMS administrator to schedule Seed training, uploads attendance & competency scores into Seed
Ensures all competency exams are provided to the team member’s manager
Encourages the team members to work closely with Network Coordinator to troubleshoot devices, peripherals and programs
Provides training and go live support for new facilities & services
Travels between facilities to coordinate education classes

Qualification

Electronic Health RecordHealthcare Information SystemsMS OfficeCommunication SkillsProject Management

Required

Minimum of Associates Degree in related clinical area or equivalent training experience and/or electronic health record experience
Minimum of two (2) years of clinical or equivalent experience in a health care environment
Must be able to communicate with users of all disciplines and across various levels within the organization
Must be able to handle multiple deadlines and project demands

Preferred

Experience in healthcare information systems
MS Office experience/ability
