Responsibilities
Lead the design of user experiences from discovery through delivery, ensuring solutions meet user needs and business goals
Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design intent
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other designers to define and deliver solutions
Conduct and synthesize user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
Contribute to and help evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across products
Present and advocate for design solutions to stakeholders at all levels
Mentor and support junior designers, fostering a culture of learning and growth
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree in Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 4+ years experience working in product or service design
OR Bachelor's Degree in Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 5+ years experience working in product or service design
OR equivalent experience (e.g., demonstrated experience working in product or service design or using design thinking to solve problems)
Preferred
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in relevant field AND 8+ years experience working in product or service design
OR equivalent experience with a strong portfolio of shipped products or services
4+ years experience shipping products, services, or delivering to customers as a result of an end-to-end design process
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
Experience mentoring designers and collaborating in cross-functional teams
