Responsibilities
They offer transitioning support to experienced Financial Advisors. As such, they often have large and complex books of business
This individual will work with these FA’s to efficiently and accurately transfer those clients, their business and assets
They assist with ‘repapering’ accounts, transferring assets and opening brokerage accounts
This team has 24-hour SLA’s in place to ensure that paperwork is in good order within 24 hours
A strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills are a must for this position
They will be pulling paperwork from multiple locations and accurately inputting that data into their systems
The data is related to newly acquired Financial Advisors and the client base they are bringing with them
The accurate transfer and capture of this information is a first impression to both the FA and their client
Attention to detail is an absolute MUST
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree required
Strong attention to detail
Accurate data entry skills
Ability to pull paperwork from multiple locations
Ability to accurately input data into systems
Ability to travel about 50%
Must have own credit card for expenses while on trips
