Responsibilities
Lead all on-site construction activities for data center projects, including civil, structural, architectural, and MEP scopes
Enforce site safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
Manage subcontractors, field crews, and daily work sequencing to maintain schedule and productivity
Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Owners, and Inspectors
Oversee quality control, inspections, and punch list completion
Maintain detailed daily reports, look-ahead schedules, and site documentation
Support commissioning activities and turnover to operations teams
Proactively identify and resolve constructability, schedule, and field issues
Qualification
Required
7+ years of construction experience, with significant experience in data center or mission-critical facilities
Proven experience as a Superintendent on large-scale, technically complex projects
Strong working knowledge of MEP systems (electrical, mechanical, UPS, generators, cooling systems)
Ability to travel extensively and work extended schedules as project demands
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficient with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar)
Preferred
Hyperscale or colocation data center construction
Ground-up data center builds and/or large-scale renovations
Commissioning and integrated systems testing (IST) exposure
