Sales Development Manager

Kahua is seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative Team Manager to lead and scale their team of high-performing Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). This role is critical to the sales organization, responsible for driving inbound and outbound market development activities while coaching SDRs to become future sales leaders.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and mentor SDRs to achieve individual and team performance goals
Own and exceed pipeline metrics, goals, SDR compensation plans, and team OKRs
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to execute winning campaigns and initiatives
Attract, recruit, hire, and onboard new SDR team members
Develop, retain, and promote top-performing talent within the organization
Analyze performance data and implement process improvements to optimize results
Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions and team meetings
Partner with marketing and sales teams to align lead qualification and handoff processes
Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy

Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
Proven track record of managing and developing successful sales development teams
3-5 years of sales leadership experience with demonstrated results
Experience with sales development methodologies and best practices
Proficiency with sales technology stack including Salesforce, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Salesloft, Gong, or similar platforms
Track record of meeting or exceeding team quotas and performance metrics
High level of integrity, work ethic, and commitment to excellence
Business acumen with the ability to understand and navigate strategic sales initiatives
Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across departments
Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Experience in B2B software, SaaS, or technology sales environments
