Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day field operations on high-end multifamily and/or hospitality renovation projects
Oversee adaptive reuse and large-scale renovation work in high-rise structures
Manage tower crane operations and complex site logistics
Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and schedules to ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery
Maintain strong communication with ownership, project management, and trade partners
Enforce safety standards and quality control on all phases of construction

Qualification

Required

10+ years of experience in adaptive reuse and renovation construction
10+ years of high-rise construction experience
Proven experience working with tower cranes
Background in multifamily and/or hospitality (hotel) construction
Experience delivering high-end, design-driven projects
Strong leadership and organizational skills in fast-paced urban environments
