Vice President Operations

Confidencial is seeking a highly strategic and results-oriented Vice President of Operations to oversee and optimize the company’s day-to-day operational functions. The VP of Operations will be responsible for driving operational excellence, streamlining processes, enhancing productivity, and ensuring alignment between business goals and operational execution.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all operational functions across the organization, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with company strategy
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to drive performance and operational excellence
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, HR, Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement
Drive process optimization, cost efficiency, and resource allocation to maximize organizational impact
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and results
Identify risks and implement strategies to mitigate operational challenges while supporting business growth
Support strategic planning and execution initiatives to ensure operational readiness for scaling

Required

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
10+ years of operations management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Ability to influence at the executive level and implement operational strategies effectively

Preferred

MBA or advanced degree preferred
Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments is a plus
