Senior Compensation Analyst
Robert Half is a leading staffing firm, and they are seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to manage and enhance their compensation programs. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure compensation strategies align with organizational goals and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
Collaborate on the development and ongoing management of pay programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market trends
Regularly review external market surveys and labor statistics to identify opportunities for improvement and adaptation in compensation plans
Work in partnership with HR, talent acquisition, and department leaders to advise on compensation strategy and respond to policy questions or challenges
Evaluate job roles and titles within the organization, advising on pay grades, exemption status, and structure to maintain equity and compliance
Direct the annual compensation review process, including merit increases, bonus distributions, and long-term incentive allocations, handling project milestones, data integrity checks, communications, and stakeholder engagement
Serve as a project lead or contributor on compensation initiatives, providing analysis, identifying areas for enhancement, and presenting findings to leadership
Create and deliver instructional content, presentations, and resources to ensure stakeholders understand and value compensation programs
Audit, assess, and enhance internal compensation processes and reports for improved efficiency and adherence to regulatory standards
Support SOX controls, manage audit documentation, and respond promptly to requests from internal and third-party auditors
Remain informed of legislative changes affecting compensation policies, advising on necessary updates and liaising with legal experts to assure compliance
Adhere to company guidelines and perform a variety of supplemental duties as assigned to meet departmental needs
Qualification
Required
