Responsibilities

Support the implementation of new technologies to assist marketing and sales teams

Coordinate daily requests from the field team

Conduct daily reviews of the Uplft field sales platform, including check-in/check-out and KPI metrics

Help roll out new field sales strategies with team members

Communicate key Tier 1-2 chain programs to the respective field team regions

Assist Regional Managers and Directors with weekly and monthly sales performance calls, recaps, deck builds, audits, and special initiative rollups

Provide follow-up training and guidance for sales/merchandising new hires

Lead new hire training calls and coordinate involvement from the relevant departments

Deliver Uplft sales portal training for Regional Managers and Directors

Pull and analyze basic sales reports as requested

Support the Sr. Field Sales Support Manager with tasks such as samples, fleet management, and forms

Onboard new field sales hires into Jira and manage sales roster updates
