Design structured prompts and instructions to transform general-purpose AI into finance-specialized tools
Translate complex finance workflows into clear, reusable AI guidance and templates
Prompt, test, and refine AI agents to improve domain-specific financial reasoning
Create best-practice documentation for AI-assisted finance workflows
Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, logic, and real-world financial applicability
Iterate on prompts and instructions based on performance gaps and failure modes
Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers on validation and system design when required
Qualification
Required
Strong professional experience in finance, investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, or related finance roles
Strong practical understanding of financial modeling, transactions, or financial research workflows
Demonstrated hands-on experience working with and prompting AI models (e.g., GPT, Claude, similar tools)
Ability to translate complex financial concepts into structured, AI-readable formats
Strong written communication skills with clarity for both human and AI consumption
Highly self-directed, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
Ability to test, iterate, and refine AI outputs for domain-specific accuracy
