Responsibilities

Partner with Finance stakeholders, enterprise data engineers, and AEV Hub analysts to ensure data products deliver accurate, relevant, and actionable insights
Ingest and integrate data from diverse sources using Microsoft Fabric tools (shortcuts, pipelines, dataflows Gen2)
Transform and enrich data using Fabric dataflows Gen2 , stored procedures, and notebooks
Design and maintain lakehouses and data warehouses for scalable analytics
Build and manage enterprise-grade semantic models with reusable metrics and robust access controls
Implement and enforce data governance, quality, and documentation standards
Optimize performance and reliability of data pipelines and models
Contribute to self-service analytics enablement through training and support

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related technical field
3+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or BI
Proficiency in SQL and experience with data transformation tools (Power Query, PySpark, T-SQL)
Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Azure Databricks, or similar cloud data platforms
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)

Preferred

Power BI certification (PL-300) or Microsoft Fabric certification (DP-600 or successor)
Experience with Microsoft Fabric components: lakehouses, dataflows, pipelines, notebooks, semantic models
Experience with Git-based workflows and CI/CD for data products
Strong understanding of data modeling principles and semantic layer design
Experience building Power BI semantic models and dashboards
Familiarity with Power BI service (workspaces, deployment, RLS, dataflows)
Experience working in Finance or with financial data
Strong collaboration and communication skills
