Responsibilities
Program, configure, and integrate security platforms Genetec and Lenel OnGuard
Customize system settings to optimize performance and functionality based on client-specific needs
Provide expert troubleshooting and issue resolution to maintain seamless operation across integrated security environments
Partner with Care Security Systems' engineers, project managers, and clients to design and implement tailored security solutions
Maintain detailed technical documentation and offer ongoing system support to our service and support teams
Ensure compliance with industry best practices and Care Security Systems’ rigorous security and reliability standards
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience and/or certifications in one or more of the following systems: Genetec, Lenel OnGuard / LenelS2, Avigilon, Milestone, AMAG, Honeywell Pro Watch, Software House
Excellent troubleshooting skills focused on delivering optimal security system functionality
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional project teams
