Responsibilities

Lead Product Design: Develop and review drawings, specifications, and proposals to ensure product quality and alignment with requirements

Drive Technology Development: Research and develop new technologies to enhance production capabilities and implement product and process improvements

Guide New Product Development: Participate in new product design teams using NPD stage-gate processes, contributing expertise throughout the project lifecycle

Deliver Documentation: Provide complete drawing packages and technical documentation to Product Managers and Manufacturing teams

Resolve Customer Issues: Recommend corrective actions and support customer problem resolution, including on-site assistance for machine start-up, installation, troubleshooting, and training

Collaborate Across Functions: Support Manufacturing, Sales, Service, HR, Finance, Installation, and Training teams with engineering expertise

Maintain Product Information: Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of product data and documentation

Provide Engineering Support: Offer backup support to the Engineering team and perform additional duties as assigned
