Responsibilities
Advise and represent technology, media, telecom, and energy companies on complex regulatory and commercial issues
Handle matters involving: Federal Trade Commission (FTC), advertising, consumer protection, Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulatory work
Privacy and data protection, supply chain security, and emerging technologies (e.g., Internet of Things, accessibility, robocalling)
Manage and grow client relationships with the flexibility to run and lead your practice
Provide the full scope of counselling, compliance, investigations, and advocacy before federal agencies and in related litigation
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in technology, media, telecom, privacy, consumer protection, or related regulatory practice
Demonstrated ability to generate and lead business while remaining hands-on in client work
Excellent academic credentials, strong written and oral advocacy skills, and a proven record of client service
Candidates must be admitted in the state they reside
Juris Doctor degree (or equivalent degree)
