Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive growth in the BPO services sector
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on building long-term relationships with key decision-makers
Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including contract negotiations and post-sales support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customized BPO solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities
Represent Inspiro at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate new leads
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership on market trends, competitive landscape, and business opportunities
Mentor and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Required

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales leadership within the BPO or outsourcing industry

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, with a focus on results
Experience leading and motivating a sales team to achieve ambitious targets
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects
