Responsibilities
Lead HR operations across the Americas region and act as a strategic partner to regional business leaders
Work with our Executive Leadership team to standardize HR practices across offices, including hiring, onboarding, compliance, benefits, employee performance, people programs, and employee relations
Use data and systems to identify trends, inform decisions, and improve HR service delivery
Manage benefits provider relationships, HR systems, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws
Develop and execute a talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals and needs
Support organizational change, culture-building, and employee engagement initiatives
Lead and manage a team of 2 with a collaborative, hands-on approach
Periodic travel to regional offices is expected
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree or SHRM/HRCI certification highly encouraged. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered in place of formal degrees
8+ years of progressive HR experience, including multi-state operations
Proven ability to lead through change, build scalable processes, and influence at all levels
Experience building or leading the modernization of the HR function
Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and compliance requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience working in a multi-office or geographically distributed environment
