Marketing Account Manager
Atomic Storage Group is a national self storage management company that values innovation and collaboration. They are seeking a Marketing Account Manager to execute their digital marketing strategy across multiple client locations, managing core marketing channels including SEO, Google Ads, and social media. The role also involves client communication and ensuring marketing assets are accurate and effective.

Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles, Yelp, Apple Maps, and Bing
Create GBP posts, respond to reviews, and support reputation efforts
Execute on-page SEO (metadata, linking, image alt text, etc.)
Use GA4, GTM, Search Console, and Looker Studio for performance tracking
Coordinate with vendors on technical SEO tasks
Knowledge of content strategy, heading tags, keyword targeting, and SEO rankings
Build and manage campaigns across Search, Performance Max, and Retargeting
Adjust budgets, geo-targeting, and audiences as needed
Provide insights and optimizations during client reporting
Collaborate with internal/external teams for advanced ad implementation
Audit and request content updates across client sites
Monitor UX, CTA placements, and conversion metrics
Flag issues and recommend layout or copy improvements
Lead monthly performance calls with clients
Provide strategic recommendations with data to back them up
Respond promptly and professionally to marketing-related requests
Manage Facebook Business Pages via Meta Business Suite
Schedule posts using tools like Uberall
Create supporting graphics for social campaigns
Offer creative input on retargeting and evergreen strategy
Exceptionally organized and takes full ownership of maintaining clean files, folders, and documentation
Assist in documenting repeatable workflows and processes
Support leadership on tool evaluation and system improvements
Contribute to special projects like SEO or Ads Lead initiatives
Create branded visuals for campaigns, ads, social, and print
Assist with brand consistency across logos and creative assets
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
And/or equivalent professional experience
3-5+ years in digital marketing (multi-location or local service-based strongly preferred)
SEO/SEM strategy and execution
Google tools: GA4, GTM, GSC, Google Ads, Looker Studio
Social scheduling platforms
Listing Management tools (ex. Uberall, Yext)
Canva, Adobe Express, or similar for basic design
Strong communication and project coordination

Must be able to focus visually and hear clearly in meetings
Preferred
Google Ads Certifications; demonstrates your expertise and commitment to digital marketing excellence
Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with a focus on driving ROI
Strong SEO background, including strategy and hands-on implementation
Practical AI experience focused on internal process improvement such as automation, data handling, or workflow optimization
Proficiency in building and maintaining Looker Studio and/or Power BI dashboards for performance reporting and insights
Familiarity with marketing platforms specific to self-storage or similar industries
Demonstrated success in client-facing roles, especially in environments involving multiple brands or locations
