They are seeking a Senior NetSuite Systems Analyst & Administrator to stabilize the NetSuite platform, troubleshoot issues, and provide functional leadership across various modules.

Responsibilities

Serve as a senior subject-matter expert for NetSuite across Finance, Manufacturing, Inventory, Order Management, and related modules

Lead troubleshooting and triage of NetSuite issues, including configuration, data, process, integration, workflow, script, and document-related problems

Perform root cause analysis and recommend durable, scalable solutions rather than short-term workarounds

Partner with team members to support releases, sandbox environments, testing cycles, and post-go-live stabilization

Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot SuiteFlow workflows and light SuiteScript solutions; collaborate on more complex customizations delivered by internal or third-party developers

Ensure NetSuite configuration and customizations align with internal controls, validation requirements, and audit readiness

Act as a trusted business partner to Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams

Elicit, document, and translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite configurations and solutions

Support prioritization, design, and delivery of a multi-year NetSuite enhancement backlog

Collaborate with functional analysts, developers, and data partners to align NetSuite design with enterprise data and integration strategies

Challenge requirements when necessary to protect data integrity, controls, and long-term platform health

Design, build, and maintain NetSuite saved searches, reports, KPIs, and dashboards supporting operational and financial decision-making

Establish NetSuite-side reporting standards and definitions in partnership with business stakeholders

Support bulk data loads, data validation, and data cleanup activities within NetSuite

Work directly with business users to define and deliver NetSuite-based reporting where appropriate

Configure and troubleshoot NetSuite-side components supporting integrations and automation, including workflows and scripts

Support and administer NetSuite integrations, including RF-Smart, Avalara, and Worldpay

Partner with internal EDI resources and third parties to support high-volume EDI order, invoice, and fulfillment processes

Investigate NetSuite-side impacts of integration issues and support resolution in partnership with internal IT and vendors

Develop, maintain, and standardize NetSuite-generated transaction documents and email templates, including order confirmations, invoices, packing slips, and system notifications

Ensure templates meet business requirements, compliance needs, branding standards, and data accuracy expectations

Troubleshoot issues related to document rendering, data population, formatting, and email delivery

Coordinate document and communication changes with Finance, Operations, Customer Service, and other stakeholders

Mentor and coach other administrators, functional analysts, and business power users on NetSuite administration and best practices

Establish and reinforce standards for system configuration, reporting, integrations, and document templates

Develop and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and training materials

Serve as an escalation point for complex NetSuite and integration-related questions

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical field

5+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience, including post-go-live stabilization and support

Experience supporting NetSuite in validated or regulated environments

Deep functional expertise in Finance and Manufacturing, including end-to-end ERP processes such as Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, and Manufacturing

Advanced experience with NetSuite reporting, saved searches, dashboards, KPIs, and bulk data loads

Ability to configure and troubleshoot workflows, light scripting, and integration touchpoints

Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills across system, data, process, and integration issues

Demonstrated experience as a functional analyst and cross-functional business partner

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
