Responsibilities
Ability to design seamlessly across web, native mobile, and automated experiences
Strong communication skills—as a writer, presenter, and facilitator—with comfort speaking to developers, stakeholders, and executives
Foundational understanding of web and mobile development
Familiarity with design systems, including how to scale, reuse components, and contribute enhancements
Experience partnering with user research to identify customer problems and opportunities
Ability to interpret both qualitative and quantitative insights to uncover patterns and advocate for data‑driven design
A deep sense of curiosity and a natural tendency to ask 'why?'
A genuine love for design—design brings you happiness
Qualification
Required
A digital portfolio demonstrating your UX process, outcomes, and design thinking
Preferred
9+ years of UX or closely related experience
A degree in a relevant discipline such as Interaction Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or Human Factors
Experience designing within agile product teams and delivering value through digital product iterations
Experience conducting, leading, or applying user research to make evidence-driven design decisions
