Performing maintenance and repair of equipment
Troubleshooting technical issues
Providing field service support
Ensuring client satisfaction
Engage in face-to-face customer interactions to resolve any service-related concerns
Maintain operational standards
Qualification
Required
Proficient in Maintenance, Maintenance & Repair of technical systems
Strong ability in Troubleshooting and problem-solving for equipment and systems
Experience in Field Service operations and support
Excellent Customer Service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients
Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as required
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Prior experience with technology installation or maintenance is advantageous
Technical certifications are a plus
