Responsibilities
Gain an in-depth understanding of business performance and team operations, comprehend the development strategy, and take charge of coordinating and tracking the implementation and promotion of human resources policies and projects within the department
Be responsible for the human resources management across all departments, identify HR management needs, and provide professional HR advice and recommendations
Be in charge of the implementation and execution of HR projects such as organization development, talent management and incentive mechanism. Assist the business departments in completing team establishment and integration, talent echelon construction, short-term and long-term incentive design, as well as organizational culture building
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above; with 5+ years of experience as a Human Resources Manager or HR Business Partner in the consumer electronics, home appliance or smart tech industry
Have a solid understanding of the fundamental work of all HR modules, and possess practical experience in recruitment, talent development, employee relations and salary/benefit structuring
An expert in human resources policies, laws and regulations of Massachusetts
Be self-motivated, strong in analytical thinking, capable of working under high pressure and adapting to a fast-paced work environment
Proficient in English and Chinese
