Responsibilities
Design and develop automation and robotic equipment for large-scale production
Specialize in either PLC programming or robotics integration: PLC Focus: Program using Siemens TIA Portal for seamless system control
Robotics Focus: Work with FANUC systems, with iRVision experience as a plus
Showcase a recent project during the interview to demonstrate your expertise
Integrate multiple tasks into a unified platform for optimized performance
Work with advanced hardware: sensors, remote I/O, servos, VFDs, machine vision, and barcode readers
Implement industrial networking protocols like Profinet and Ethernet I/P
Qualification
Required
Programming in TIA Portal
Vision Systems/Cognex, etc experience
Hands on troubleshooting experience
1–2 years of recent hands-on experience in PLC or robotics
Proficiency in Siemens TIA Portal or FANUC robotics
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience
Preferred
iRVision experience
Familiarity with 6-axis robots
Knowledge of HMI/SCADA design, drive configuration, and motion control
