Agency Sales Representatives
Colonial Life & Accident Insurance Company is a subsidiary of Unum Group that provides financial protection benefits to workers and their families in the United States. They are seeking an Agency Sales Representative responsible for developing new business relationships, maintaining client accounts, and delivering high-quality client support.
Responsibilities
Developing new business relationships
Maintaining current client accounts

Prospecting potential clients
Conducting sales presentations
Representing company products
Meeting sales targets
Providing ongoing strategic consultation to businesses
Working closely with clients to ensure they understand and can maximize their benefit packages
Qualification
Required
Strong sales, business development, and account management skills, including experience in lead generation and client acquisition
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
Knowledge of employee benefit offerings such as disability, life, and supplemental insurance is a plus
Proficient organizational and time management competencies to handle multiple tasks effectively
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Preferred
Prior experience in insurance or workplace benefits sales is preferred but not required
