Responsibilities

Responsible for a variety of functions in support of sales efforts such as monitoring sales volumes, establishing sales indices, and analyzing trends, efficiencies and effectiveness of marketing/sales programs

May also include administrative support

Intermediate: Ability to apply intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues

Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action

Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input

Follows established guidelines and interprets policies

Required

Typically requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

1-2 years related experience

Intermediate knowledge of sales support

Excellent calculation and analytical skills

Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables (mandatory)

Preferred

Experience in compensation or payroll-related roles

Familiarity with managing sales programs such as Salesforce
