The Data Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing cable infrastructure in a low voltage environment while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of cable systems and associated hardware

Responsible for the use of hand and power tools as well as work in small spaces and from various heights

Assists with housekeeping for a safe job site

Other relative duties as assigned

BASIC HAND TOOLS OWNED BY EMPLOYEE, (DRILL, SNIPS, SCREDRIVERS)

Ability to use basic hand and power tools to perform assigned job site tasks

Understanding of safety as it relates to each division and the use of appropriate safety measures in daily tasks

Preferred

Current and valid US driver's license preferred

No technical or previous industry experience. Higher wages reserved for similar background/experience (Construction, Electrical, or some sort of tradecraft)

OSHA 10 preferred but not required for hire
