Required
Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field
5+ years of experience in P&C insurance, with demonstrated success in pricing and product development for personal lines
Strong actuarial experience required
Proven experience managing state filings and product deployments
Working knowledge of rating engines, policy administration systems, and data analytics tools
Preferred
Fellow or Associate designation in the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS or ACAS) preferred
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments and with external partners
Hands-on, collaborative leadership style suited to a lean, agile organization
