Organizational Effectiveness & Change Management Consultant
Medasource is seeking an Organizational Effectiveness & Change Management Consultant to provide end-to-end change management support for large-scale Workday implementations. The role focuses on ensuring the adoption of new systems, processes, and operating models within the Finance and Supply Chain domains.
Responsibilities
Lead change management strategy and execution for Workday Finance and Supply Chain initiatives, including Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, Strategic Sourcing, General Ledger, and Financial Reporting
Develop and execute integrated change plans aligned to Workday deployment milestones
Conduct stakeholder identification, impact assessments, and readiness analyses
Advise executive sponsors and functional leaders on change strategies and adoption risks
Coach senior leaders to effectively fulfill sponsorship responsibilities
Partner with training teams to align role-based learning with redesigned processes and Workday functionality
Support frontline managers in leading teams through system and process changes
Measure adoption and change effectiveness; recommend corrective actions as needed
Serve as liaison between Organizational Effectiveness teams and Workday program leadership
Ensure change activities remain integrated with project governance and delivery timelines
Qualification
Required
Experience in change management for large-scale Workday implementations
Strong understanding of Finance and Supply Chain domains
Ability to lead change management strategy and execution
Experience in developing and executing integrated change plans
Skills in stakeholder identification, impact assessments, and readiness analyses
Ability to advise executive sponsors and functional leaders on change strategies
Experience in coaching senior leaders on sponsorship responsibilities
Ability to partner with training teams for role-based learning alignment
Experience in supporting frontline managers through system and process changes
Skills in measuring adoption and change effectiveness
Ability to serve as a liaison between Organizational Effectiveness teams and Workday program leadership
Experience in ensuring change activities are integrated with project governance and delivery timelines
