Responsibilities
Meet with customers to gather detailed project requirements and clarify technical, commercial, and delivery expectations
Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, progress tracking, change control, testing, documentation, training, and status reporting
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Ensure resource availability and effective utilization across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain functions
Track project performance against short- and long-term goals, identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement
Make informed adjustments to project constraints based on schedule, cost, and financial analysis
Communicate project schedules, milestones, and status updates regularly to internal teams and external stakeholders
Escalate issues and risks to management as appropriate, with clear mitigation plans
Manage customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring transparency, responsiveness, and satisfaction
Perform proactive risk management to minimize project, technical, and delivery risks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required (or equivalent relevant professional experience)
Proven ability to operate as a team player in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple competing priorities
Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills with a results-oriented mindset
Demonstrated personal and professional integrity with strong accountability for outcomes
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively across all levels of the organization, including customers, suppliers, and external partners
