Margaritaville is seeking an Investment Intern to join their Orlando-based Home Office team, providing an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in their hospitality ecosystem. The intern will work closely with the CIO, analyzing new opportunities, supporting projects, and contributing to financial decisions across various sectors of the company.

Responsibilities

Support financial analysis and research for new business opportunities

Assist in tracking and evaluating the performance of existing properties

Help prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders

Help prepare annual reports and update performance annual performance information

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential growth areas

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects and strategic initiatives

Interact with licensee partners and debt and equity investors

Organize and maintain key project data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility

Participate in meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items

Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or determined by management

Adhere to all company policies and procedures as established in the Team Member Handbook
