Responsibilities

Plan and conduct tabletop, functional, and full-scale recovery exercises
Coordinate logistics, communications, and stakeholder participation
Capture lessons learned and oversee corrective-action tracking
Maintain exercise schedules and post-event reports
This position will reference written work instructions for guidance with daily job activities. Work instructions are available in English only

Qualification

Disaster Recovery CoordinationEmergency ManagementCertified Exercise PractitionerBusiness Continuity ProfessionalAfter-Action ReportingOrganization SkillsFacilitation SkillsDocumentation Skills

Required

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Emergency Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, and minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced degree in a related field and a minimum 5 years experience
3+ years coordinating DR, continuity, or emergency exercises
Strong organization, facilitation, and documentation skills

Preferred

Certified Exercise Practitioner (FEMA HSEEP) or equivalent
DRII Certified Business Continuity Professional or ISO 22398 training
Experience leading enterprise-scale or multi-site exercise
Skilled in after-action reporting and improvement planning
