They are seeking an Enterprise Sales Lead to lead sales and go-to-market strategy across the payments ecosystem, focusing on expanding adoption among payment processors, fintech platforms, and enterprise merchants.

Responsibilities
Execute global payments BD strategy, from pipeline development to signed partnerships
Build and menage senior-level relationships with payment processors, fintechs & neobanks, stablecoin issuers, wallet providers
Lead complex commercial negotiations, including revenue models, incentives, and long term strategic agreements
Represent the foundation at industry events and ecosystem summits
Help shape ecosystem programs, grants, and incentives related to payments use cases
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or strategy
Deep expertise in payments, crypto, fintech, or financial infrastructure
Understanding of stablecoins and on/off ramps, crypto wallets and settlement layers
Proven success scaling strategic accounts within the payments vertical
Preferred
Ideally have come from a blockchain foundation, L2, or protocol
