Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field

At least 2 years of management experience in community outreach or a hospital setting

At least 3 years of experience in community health, service coordination, program or business administration

Bilingual: Chinese (reading and writing) and English

Proficient computer skills including: MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Zoom, Salesforce, and Chinese software

Outstanding ability to interface and resolve conflicts in highly visible situations with the public, community partners, patients and their families, volunteers, and staff

Excellent interpersonal skill, tact, flexibility, patience, empathy

Preferred
