The role will involve configuring and customizing modules, developing alerts and workflows, and collaborating with compliance and business teams.

Responsibilities
Configure and customize NICE Actimize modules including AIS, RCM, IFM, SAM, and STAR
Develop alerts, cases, dashboards, rules, and workflows
Write custom plugins using Java and develop complex SQL
Design DART layouts and UI components
Integrate Actimize with enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and message queues
Work with business analysts, compliance teams, and QA in Agile environments
Troubleshoot production issues and provide application support
Create technical design documents, installation guides, and KT materials
Optimize system performance, scalability, and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with NICE Actimize (RCM, AIS, IFM, SAM, STAR)
Experience in financial crime domains: AML, KYC, Fraud, Trade Surveillance
Strong SQL and Java development skills (custom plugins)
Experience with Oracle / MS SQL databases
Familiarity with application servers such as WebSphere and Tomcat
Experience working in Agile environments
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
