Responsibilities
Specific experience handling third-party insurance coverage work
Specific experience handling third party insurance defense work (will be a few cases)
Possess superior analytical skills as well as written and oral communication skills
Manage cases independently while also collaborating effectively with team members
Conduct regular court appearances, hearings, and depositions
Communicate with clients and prepare monthly status reports
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality work product
Maintain an average of 160 hours per month, unless otherwise approved by firm management
Qualification
Required
7+ years of third-party insurance coverage experience
Specific experience handling third-party insurance coverage work
Specific experience handling third party insurance defense work (will be a few cases)
