Vice President of Permanent Recruitment
Action Potential Performance Group is seeking a VP of Permanent Recruitment to lead their permanent recruitment function within a rapidly scaling international talent solutions group. The role involves owning and scaling the recruitment offering across Tech, Digital & Engineering while building and mentoring a high-impact team.
Responsibilities
Own and scale the Permanent Recruitment offering across Tech, Digital & Engineering
Operate a “niche within a niche” model, with true industry and sector specialism (e.g. Tech within Commercial, MedTech, BioTech, Data, AI, HealthTech)
Maintain a strong personal billing desk while leading by example
Build, mentor and develop a team of around 3–4 consultants
Drive new business, key accounts and long-term client partnerships
Play a key role in shaping strategy as part of a wider group of specialist talent brands
Qualification
Required
Proven tech recruitment leader (tech experience is essential)
Strong 360 recruitment and business development background
Experience running, mentoring and performance-managing small teams
Commercially sharp, competitive and growth-driven
Comfortable in an ambitious growth environment where results matter
