Responsibilities
Lead clinical pharmacology strategy for CNS small-molecule development programs
Support Phase 1 HV studies, including PK assessments, dose selection, and trial design input
Conduct and oversee NCA, exposure–response analyses, and simulation-supported dose selection
Author and review clinical pharmacology sections for INDs, NDAs, CTDs, and regulatory responses
Present PK strategy and results to internal governance teams and regulatory agencies (FDA)
Collaborate closely with Clinical Development, DMPK, Regulatory, and Operations teams in a matrixed environment
Qualification
Required
PhD or PharmD with clinical pharmacology leadership experience
Strong hands-on clinical PK background
Experience leading Phase 1 Healthy Volunteer studies
Ability to operate independently and provide confident scientific leadership
Preferred
CNS therapeutic experience strongly preferred
