Serve as a primary point of contact for commercial insurance clients, providing accurate, timely, and professional support
Provide clear explanations of coverages, policies, endorsements, billing, and certificates
Maintain precise, up-to-date client records and documentation
Prepare and deliver confirmations, receipts, and policy documents
Identify coverage gaps, risk exposures, and discrepancies, escalating concerns as appropriate
Ensure all work meets carrier, agency, and regulatory standards
Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of commercial insurance products and services
Follow established workflows, procedures, and quality standards
Review policies, endorsements, and proposals for accuracy and completeness
Follow up on delegated tasks, renewals, endorsements, and outstanding items
Support risk mitigation through careful review and attention to detail
Take ownership of assigned accounts and deliver high-quality final results
Proactively follow up on quotes, proposals, and client communications
Support new business and renewal sales through education, explanation, and value-based conversations
Confidently discuss insurance solutions that protect clients’ businesses and livelihoods
Build rapport and trust through consistent, encouraging, and responsive service
Serve as a positive, professional voice of the agency in client interactions
Qualification
Required
MUST HAVE PA PROPERTY AND CASUALTY LICENSE
Commercial insurance experience preferred
Licensing required or willingness to obtain
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining precision
Proficiency with agency management systems and standard office technology
