Recruiting Coordinator

IAT Insurance Group is the largest private, family-owned property and casualty insurer in the U.S. They are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to join their Talent Acquisition team. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and new hires while supporting the recruiting team with administrative and operational tasks.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and confirm interviews between candidates and hiring teams
Own and centralize the onboarding process for all new hires, ensuring a seamless experience (with backup support as needed)
Manually post job openings on specific job boards when required
Oversee and execute the annual purge of I-9 documentation in compliance with federal regulations
Assist with administrative tasks related to temporary recruiting needs
Manage and process recruiting-related invoices accurately and on time
Maintain and update labor law posters across all locations
Oversee new hire welcome gifts process and ensure a positive onboarding experience
Maintain company-branded merchandise for recruiting and employee engagement initiatives
Perform other duties as needed

Required

High School degree with two year of relevant experience
Onboarding experience in a professional, fast paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require VISA sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment purposes

Preferred

Bachelor's degree
Previous experience in recruiting coordination or HR support
Familiarity with WORKDAY or any other applicant tracking systems
