M&A IT Integration Program Manager
Next Quarter is one of the world’s largest insurance brokerage, risk management, and consulting firms, seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to lead the integration of a large-scale Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) initiative. This role will oversee multiple workstreams, ensuring seamless collaboration, alignment with strategic objectives, and timely delivery of integration milestones.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the end-to-end M&A integration program, ensuring alignment with client’s strategic goals and objectives
Oversee multiple workstreams, including operations, finance, HR, IT, legal, and other functional areas, ensuring seamless collaboration and integration
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on program progress, risks, and mitigation strategies
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for the integration program
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with the integration process, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and cultural alignment across the organization
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the integration program
Ensure all integration activities comply with regulatory requirements and client’s internal policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
7+ years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on M&A integrations
Strong understanding of M&A processes, including due diligence, integration planning, and execution
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar)
Preferred
MBA or equivalent is a plus
PMP, PgMP, or similar certification is preferred
Experience in the insurance, risk management, or consulting industry
Familiarity with client's business model and operations
Strong financial acumen and understanding of organizational change management principles
