Sales Development Representative
FairCom Corporation is a leader in database technology, and they are seeking a Sales Development Representative to be the first point of contact for prospective customers. This role involves identifying, qualifying, and contacting potential new customers to support sales efforts for FairCom’s database software solutions.
Responsibilities
Utilize CRM, LinkedIn, cold calling, and strategic email campaigns to generate new sales opportunities
Maintain assigned leads in FairCom’s CRM (Hubspot) as well as general industry contacts to manage the top of the sales funnel and allow for up-to-date sales data
Schedule product demonstrations/technical discussions with Account Executives and potential customers
Continually fine-tune persona-specific messaging to quickly explain the value proposition of FairCom’s database software solutions
Qualification
Required
At least 3-6 months of B2B sales
A clear communicator with experience in cold calling & making outbound phone calls and emails
A minimum of 3 years of Customer Service experience
Must have professional proficiency working with CRM Systems; HubSpot experience a plus
Must have professional proficiency working with Google Suite or Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
Experience with inbound & outbound Sales tools (Automation, Bots, etc.)
Experience with sales or customer service in the software industry
